We serve a growing need for a professional property management company that offers owners the services they need to properly maintain their properties. We provide services to property owners for real estate management, cleaning, leasing, contract administration, and accounting.

Our Management and Leasing Fees

Setup Fee: None!

Leasing Fee: Half of 1st Month's Rent (Paid once lease is signed)

Management Fee: 10% of monthly gross rents collected

Basic Management: $50 per month
