A Little Bit About Us
Carlos Cooper is founder and President of The Oxford Property Management Company. Prior to founding Oxford, Carlos was Vice-President of commercial brokerage with the Chas. Hawkins Company in Nashville. During that time he specialized in sale and lease transactions in the Williamson County area. Before joining Hawkins, Carlos served six years as an infantry officer in the United States Marine Corps. He graduated college from the University of Virginia and is the past president of The University of Virginia Club of Middle Tennessee. Carlos is also the author of “Commercial Real Estate Transactions: A Pocket Guide for Tenants, Owners and Investors.”
Maria Cooper is our Vice President of Property Management and has a long list of career achievements in office management and retail sales spanning the last thirty years. She is a licensed real estate agent in Tennessee and former owner of Daily Maids cleaning service. Maria specializes in residential leasing and management. Her customer service skills are a prized part of the Oxford team.
Lisa Thompson is our Vice President of Finance and is responsible for all financial and accounting systems. Lisa has over 25 years experience in the accounting and bookkeeping fields. She spent the last eight years as the controller at the Chas. Hawkins Co., a local, well-known commercial brokerage and property management firm. She loves working with people and possesses excellent customer service skills.
