    I started The Oxford Property Management Company because I was tired of dealing with unresponsive property management companies who couldn't quite grasp the importance of their role.  Have you ever left a message for your manager and waited a week for a response?  I knew my team could do better.  As a former Marine Corps officer I still live by the core tenets of that hallowed institution:
