With our Rent Guarantee Program we lease your property from you.  To be even more specific, we guarantee that you will be paid rent for your property.  Remember, Oxford will pay you even if the property sits vacant.  The term will typically be for three to five years, and anytime during that period we ask for the option to purchase your property at a predetermined price.  We then turn around and sublease the property to qualified tenants, help them find financing, improve their credit and ultimately buy your property.  It’s a win-win for all because you don’t have to worry about the well-being of your property (did we mention we’ll also take care of the maintenance?) and the tenant gets to realize his/her dream of home ownership.
